Immerse yourself in the deeply restorative power of sound. Sound baths use vibrations from crystal bowls, gongs, and other instruments to guide the body into a state of deep relaxation and energetic alignment. It's best to dress comfortable and relaxed. We have yoga mats, pillows, blankets, bolsters and eye pillows for you to use. All you have to do is bring yourself.

Cancellations & rescheduling: You may cancel or reschedule your spot up to 24 hours before class for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before class, and no-shows, are not eligible for a refund.
