Come in through the front door of the Mind & Body Wellness Center at 104 NH-101A in Amherst. For Reiki or a tuning fork session, turn right and take a seat. For classes, circles, and sound baths, head up the stairs to the Summit Studio. Try to arrive about 10 minutes early so you have time to settle in. Bring water and wear something comfortable. We'll take care of everything else.
Yes. When you book, you'll check a box agreeing to our waiver. It only takes a moment, and it's part of how we keep the space safe and supportive for everyone.
We love when friends come together! Each booking is for one person, so your friend will just need to book their own spot. Booked spots can't be transferred to someone else, because everyone completes their own waiver when they register.
Yes! A gift card is a lovely way to give someone time to rest. You can purchase one on our Gift Card page. Gift cards can be used toward our classes, circles, sound baths, Reiki and tuning fork sessions, workshops, and guest facilitator offerings. They can't be applied to retreats.
