By using www.summitholisticwellness.com or booking with Summit Holistic Wellness, LLC, you agree to these terms.
Our services
We offer sound healing, tuning fork sessions, Reiki, breathwork, women's circles, yoga, workshops, retreats, private events, and corporate wellness programs. These are wellness and educational experiences. They are not medical care, psychotherapy, or counseling, and they do not replace care from a licensed health professional. Our facilitators do not diagnose or treat any condition. Please talk with your healthcare provider before participating if you are pregnant, have a pacemaker or other implanted device, a seizure disorder, a recent injury, or any health concern.
Summit Holistic Wellness is a separate business from Summit Counseling and Consulting, LLC. Attending a wellness offering does not create a counseling relationship. For mental health services, please visit summitcounselingnh.org.
Booking

Each booking is for one person. Please book separately for each participant so everyone completes their own waiver.

Participants must be at least 13 years old. A parent may request that a younger child attend; please contact us first for approval. Participants under 18 must be registered by a parent or guardian, who agrees to the waiver on their behalf.

Payment is due at the time of booking unless we tell you otherwise.

Cancellations, reschedules, refunds, and gift cards follow our Cancellation, Refund & Gift Card Policy.
Participation waiver
Every participant agrees to our participation waiver when booking. In short: you participate voluntarily, you understand that wellness practices may involve physical movement, deep breathing, sound, or light touch, you will tell your facilitator about anything that affects your safety, and you may stop or modify any practice at any time.
Conduct
Please arrive on time, respect the space and others' privacy, and keep what others share in circles confidential. We may ask anyone whose behavior is unsafe or disruptive to leave without a refund.

The text, photos, logos, and materials on this site belong to Summit Holistic Wellness or are used with permission. You may share links, but please do not copy or reuse our content without written permission. Information on this site is for general educational purposes only.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Summit Holistic Wellness, its owners, staff, and facilitators are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or participation in our offerings. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the booking involved.
