Cancellation, Refund & Gift Card Policy

Our spaces are small, so every spot matters. Here is how changes work.

 

If you need to cancel or reschedule

• 24 hours or more before your start time: cancel for a full refund, or reschedule to another available date, through your confirmation email or by contacting us.

• Less than 24 hours before, or a no-show: no refund, and the booking can't be rescheduled.

• No same-day rescheduling.

 

If we cancel

Sometimes we need to cancel because of weather, illness, or low enrollment. Women's circles need at least 4 people registered 24 hours before the start time to run. If we cancel, you choose a full refund or a spot in a future date.

 

Refunds

Refunds go back to your original payment method and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank. Bookings paid with a gift card are refunded to the gift card.

 

Retreats, private events, and corporate programs

These have their own deposit and cancellation terms, which are shared in your agreement or registration details.

 

Gift cards

• Gift cards can be used toward classes, circles, sound baths, Reiki and tuning fork sessions, workshops, and guest facilitator offerings booked on our website. Gift cards cannot be used for retreats.

• Gift cards do not expire.

• Gift cards can't be exchanged for cash and are non-refundable once purchased, except where required by law.

• Treat a gift card like cash. We can't replace lost cards, but contact us if you need help finding your code.
