Summit Holistic Wellness offers wellness and educational services, not medical or mental health treatment. Information you share with us is not part of a health record and is not covered by HIPAA. Please do not send sensitive health details through our website or email; if a facilitator needs to know about a health concern for your safety, you can tell them privately before your session.

How long we keep it

We keep your information as long as needed to provide our services, keep accurate business records, and meet legal and tax requirements.

You can ask us to see, correct, or delete your personal information, or to stop sending you emails, by contacting us below. Our website is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information online. A parent or guardian books on behalf of any participant under 18.
